The Book: Narcissism in Relationships, Management and Politics – An Autistic Analysis

Currently available in German only. An English edition is planned.

German Version

Narcissism is not a relationship problem. It is a societal problem. It operates in families, in companies, and in leadership structures, most people only recognize it once the damage is done.

What does a toxic relationship have in common with a manipulative supervisor or a populist politician? The same dynamic, played out on three different stages. This book traces narcissistic patterns where they actually operate: in private life, in the workplace, and across society. It explains how overt and covert narcissism develop, how to recognize both forms, and why empathetic people in particular keep getting drawn into these dynamics.

The perspective is a distinctive one:
I am autistic (asperger), and I analyze with a perception filter that does not smooth over inconsistencies through cognitive dissonance.
Where neurotypical perception automatically closes the gaps in a story, my way of thinking keeps them visible, the contradictions, the patterns, the manipulation techniques.

This is not another guidebook written from a therapist’s chair. It is a systematic pattern analysis by someone who became an expert involuntarily – and who spent years evaluating a decade of documented experience without flinching.

From Personal Analysis to Professional Insight

Working through this subject changed more than my understanding of narcissism. It gave me a fundamentally different view of social, entrepreneurial, and societal dynamics as a whole – how power actually flows through organizations, how informal structures override official ones, and how the health of a company culture reveals itself in small, easily overlooked signals.

This is the analytical capability I bring into business contexts: assessments of organizational health, team and group dynamics, leadership communication, and the hidden mechanics that determine whether a culture builds people up or wears them down. The same pattern recognition that made this book possible is what allows me to diagnose what is really happening inside an organization – beneath the org chart, beneath the mission statement, at the level where trust is either built or quietly destroyed.
