With over two decades of experience working in highly complex infrastructures where analytical thinking is essential, I bring a unique perspective that bridges technology, human behavior, and organizational culture. My neurodivergent way of thinking allows me to recognize subtle patterns others may overlook — whether in data, process design, team dynamics, or leadership communication.
